My not any normal Sunday [part2]

so, my Sunday diteruskan lagi pada petangnya ke MAHA 2008 expo di MAEPS, MARDI.

went there by car oleh Afiq (shiela's bf) dgn diorang aida sume, w/pun dkt ngan UPM tp nak masuknya ke dalam tu agak hysterical skit la sebab queue nak masuk parking kat situ took around dkt 45minits gak la. fortunately the wind up there agak nyaman sepoi sepoi bahase, so kepanasan terik mentari takde la rasa sgt.

arrived there, ada 4 hall yg besar (1 hall besarnya around saiz 1 Dewan Suarah Bintulu top to bottom, exact prism shape). so kami with no sense of direction went to the Hall C first, byk pasal tanaman lah so to speak.

mencuba drink mix kopi susu kambing..didn't enjoyed it sebab panas sangat. lekor lidah bak kata ayah aku.

after that kitorang keluar, baru nampak suasana sebenar sebab masuk hall tu mula2 dari entrance lain x silap (yg kurang meriah)...

now baru masuk hall A, which is supposedly our first hall to enter. masuk2 jer ada monument maha2008 made with fruits...betul2 depan entrance. and they are real fruits ok. just behind the monuments are flower formations yang sungguh cantik.

biggest IPTA booth yg participate, UPM booth (haruslah...). at the center of the booth sits the Vice Chancellor of UPM, Prof Dato Nik Mustapha. sorry didn't took a closer shot of him...

this is inside the international pavilion hall (Hall B), so there's many products from outside of our country...

i was told before there's a hall with lots and lots of food samples to be tasted, so we took a stroll down from the hall D, and walla! hundreds of stalls, booth for foods and fruits and meats and drinks and cakes and breads and anything that could by agricultural...hohoh!

wawe bought some nangka there for her friends...

gantung depan pintu memang macam umah omputeh...wahh!

nearly 2hours kami bersiar siar di dalam tu, more than 10drink samples kami rasa, sample food tak terkira brape jenis dah (what i remember the most is the cream cheese cake....aida, wawe, thanks!). before heading back to our car, kami singgah jap di stalls2 yang di area parking, and there's some flower stalls and lotsa food stalls.

this is the best part, MAKAN! from morning till evening tak makan apa2 pun lagi (sample food from MAHA tak kira ok!) hehe....so afiq and shiela took us to their usual spot for food in Putrajaya, which is Taman Warisan Pertanian, Putrajaya, depan umah kediaman rasmi TPM. so much for a treat, aku dibelanja makan nasi goreng kampung, satay kajang & roti john (as recommended by them). last time aku mkn satay kajang, the night of World Cup 2006 final Italy lwn France x silap...woah, 2 tahun dh!

so...thats all for my unforgetable Sunday. tomorrow pulak got something else yang best, which is a dream for any photographers alike....stay tuned.
