i'm not a story teller. heck, i'm even hate to write. dats y i leave my pictures to tell the story. here's one of 'em, during my hang out with my coursemates lado, bangla, putri & kim last friday.

next place we go, karaoke. i'm myself not a kaki nyanyi, but lotsa things happens in dat room...so much precious moments. 1st time dgr diorang ni menyanyi. started oleh lado sbb yg lain segan bagan...hape la...a total of 10 songs telah diSUMBANGkan oleh mereka berempat. seronok! aku pun lagi seronok sbb macam2 expressions aku bleh capture. the beauty of the precious moments.

happy times. kim & lado. byk lagi gmbar2 kat mines bowling alley nie. altogether we had a super duper great time! putri asal dpt spare/strike je meloncat...macam budak tadika.. :D

before head back UPM tanah air tercinta, kim singgah kat kedai kasut plak nk beli flat sandal, sebab nt dia ngn putri pegi Puduraya Stesen Bas Ekspres pulak (since kaki si kim ni injured dari main hoki hari sebelumnya, tanak menyeksa kaki la nt menapak kat situ), teman si putri nk beli bas tiket bas balik rumahnya kampung. all pics in the shop was happily taken by bangla....

1st time aku bergambar dlm kedai kasut...cantik gak. ambient light cantik cukup.

oke, ni aku x expect pun...boat cruise! dari Mines ke KTM bus stop (tempat nk tunggu bas balik upm nt). rm3 per person, skali skala cruising apa salahnya kan? lgpun kaki pun kebas2 lagi lps tawaf kat dlm Mines tu...nk berjalan kaki ke bustop tu, mmg bleh cabut lutut la pastu.

ohh, what an unforgettable Monday as well...got a chance to meet one of the most known photographer in Malaysia (Asia as well), Mr. Bazuki Muhammad [BM] (website), Reuters photographer for Malaysia and Asia region. well, sesapa yg gila photojournalism tu, mmg patut la jumpa dia nih. mcm org yg gila wedding photography mesti pasang impian utk bjmpa ngn Saiful Nang (candidSyndrome), same reason applies to mr BM nih. yg best nya, dia time tu baru2 ja habis assignment shooting Gus Dur, ex-politician from Indonesia yg br dtg KL minggu ni utk support DSAI (BM will cover opposition party punya stories all the time in terms of politic news). seorang yang sgt sempoi, byk cerita, really3 down to earth guy. tgk laptop dier pun time wat slideshow b4 dia start talk dia pun mmg laptop IBM yg nampak uzur gak lah...tp photojournalist...takyah sgt la nk pakai Macbook kan....beg camera dia mmg smart. National Geographic punya backpack (the one that gets the Editor's Choice kot dlm Digital Camera Magazine july issue). oke, aku ni jenis malas nak citer byk, so tgk je la gambar ni. igt senang ka nk jumpa dia ni....hopefully dia dpt dtg la perasmian pameran fotografi 15jam dari skarang (now its friday, 4.55am...hahah)

so, my Sunday diteruskan lagi pada petangnya ke MAHA 2008 expo di MAEPS, MARDI.

went there by car oleh Afiq (shiela's bf) dgn diorang aida sume, w/pun dkt ngan UPM tp nak masuknya ke dalam tu agak hysterical skit la sebab queue nak masuk parking kat situ took around dkt 45minits gak la. fortunately the wind up there agak nyaman sepoi sepoi bahase, so kepanasan terik mentari takde la rasa sgt.

arrived there, ada 4 hall yg besar (1 hall besarnya around saiz 1 Dewan Suarah Bintulu top to bottom, exact prism shape). so kami with no sense of direction went to the Hall C first, byk pasal tanaman lah so to speak.

mencuba drink mix kopi susu kambing..didn't enjoyed it sebab panas sangat. lekor lidah bak kata ayah aku.

now baru masuk hall A, which is supposedly our first hall to enter. masuk2 jer ada monument maha2008 made with fruits...betul2 depan entrance. and they are real fruits ok. just behind the monuments are flower formations yang sungguh cantik.

biggest IPTA booth yg participate, UPM booth (haruslah...). at the center of the booth sits the Vice Chancellor of UPM, Prof Dato Nik Mustapha. sorry didn't took a closer shot of him...

i was told before there's a hall with lots and lots of food samples to be tasted, so we took a stroll down from the hall D, and walla! hundreds of stalls, booth for foods and fruits and meats and drinks and cakes and breads and anything that could by agricultural...hohoh!

wawe bought some nangka there for her friends...

gantung depan pintu memang macam umah omputeh...wahh!

nearly 2hours kami bersiar siar di dalam tu, more than 10drink samples kami rasa, sample food tak terkira brape jenis dah (what i remember the most is the cream cheese cake....aida, wawe, thanks!). before heading back to our car, kami singgah jap di stalls2 yang di area parking, and there's some flower stalls and lotsa food stalls.

this is the best part, MAKAN! from morning till evening tak makan apa2 pun lagi (sample food from MAHA tak kira ok!) hehe....so afiq and shiela took us to their usual spot for food in Putrajaya, which is Taman Warisan Pertanian, Putrajaya, depan umah kediaman rasmi TPM. so much for a treat, aku dibelanja makan nasi goreng kampung, satay kajang & roti john (as recommended by them). last time aku mkn satay kajang, the night of World Cup 2006 final Italy lwn France x silap...woah, 2 tahun dh!

so...thats all for my unforgetable Sunday. tomorrow pulak got something else yang best, which is a dream for any photographers alike....stay tuned.

em, so, arini masuk ari rabu dh...sorie for the lateness. minggu ni mmg sibuk...last sunday huh...could be my greatest ever sunday aku pnah alami (at least aku kawin nt surely my greatest ever day lg kot), tp 22 tahun aku hidup mmg xpnah lg rase seseronok ni (mengalahkan first date aku...wahh)

nie part 1, as in the first half of the day lah sort of...moment yg dinantikan...outdoor shooting yg dh dijanjikan sejak sekian lama.....woke up around 7am, alarm kejutkan, client kejutkan, dier pun kejutkan...huhu...then mandi siap2 pack equipments, then jumpe aida kat dpn blok dier. wawe plak smpai lps tu, then kitorang embark to bukit ekspo bertiga. shiela plak menyusul dari k13 jmpe kitorang kat saner...just b4 kitorang stat shooting, kne la siap2 dlu la kan...diorang bertiga tu pun melawa2kan diri la kat dpn cermin bsr....aku cam bese la mane leh lps moment tu..snap snap snap, diorang wat keje diorang melaram....

habis je mekap, then we hit the road! (gi spot2 utk shooting la maksudnya)...some tech info: shot with my kit and 50 1.8, set mostly @ Av (flash off) f8.0 ISO100-400, kalau flash on pakai M mode, exposure mode varies (ikt sedap hati....sembarangan tol!)

edited w/ Lightroom 1.4.1 + PSCS3..

session kitorang habis around 12 gitu, panas terik dh ari, so refresh jap kat foodcourt menikmati cendol di situ...ohhh, syahwat giler tekak pastu....

sesampainye kat area yg ramai manusia, aku tgk mmg suasana pasar malam dh, cuma dier wat kat putrajaya.

nie plak aku tersnap secara x sengaja time mamat nie lalu dpn aku...

so lps diorang mizi membeli barang utk dikunyah kitorang carik la port nk duduk kan...aku pun duduk la...dari tmpt aku duduk tu arah timur aku ade dlm 20-40 manusia2 fotografi tgh mount kamera diorg atas tripod...aku? fiddling with setting, M mode @ f10 & shutter speed aku set memula 13", pastu 15"....tanpa berharapkan aksesori bernama tripod...hehe...next sem la beli Benro (rm500) sejibik lah....tiba jer jam 10pm, start lah show tu...enjoi.

thats becoz i didn't own even own a fucking one...and i never wore one since i sold my last piece in 2005...why? comfort factor for my skating purpose...its like my legs can't familiarize with the stiffness of the jeans...
+ i'll use anything to harness em to my waist...(see i use a shoelace to ganti my belt hehe)
